Our many years of experience in the construction of new drying drums and optimisation of existing ones mean that our employees are not only able to increase the efficiency of a drum by making a number of adjustments but are also able to reduce its energy consumption. 

Energy consumption can be reduced by approx. 10% thanks to a combination of process engineering and design modifications. By maintaining the highest standards of quality and fine-tuning wear-critical components, we can also increase plant availability and achieve a higher chip throughput of up to 50t/h despite high moisture content.

The service we provide is not only one of our strengths but also a well-rounded solution: For example, we offer on-site drum refurbishments or deliver fully pre-assembled drums to your site. We oversee every step of the process, including installation and assembly, and are there to support you both during commissioning and trial operation.
