You get the best employees if you train them yourself. We decided to continue developing the future welding specialists in the training and qualification centre of our sister company KIS at the Teichland location ourselves in order to ensure the high level of quality throughout the company.
At this location, we offer apprenticeships for construction mechanics specialising in welding technology. As a recognised IHK testing company, we guarantee compliance with quality standards in the area of welder training and welder qualifications for the various processes

We offer courses in the areas of cladding and the familiar high-strength materials.
Thanks to the many years of experience of our training staff, we can conduct practical training courses and provide valuable practical knowledge. Aside from our own trainees, we also welcome external participants who wish to gain further qualifications. The quality of our training is reflected in the fact that we trained the overall winner of the biennial performance comparison ‘Jugend schweißt’ (Welding Youth) at regional, state and federal level in 2019.
And we offer our best welders an attractive job after successfully completing their apprenticeship - guaranteed.
