Significantly reduced NOx limit values have been required for combustion systems for years, which are defined by the national implementation of the European BREF directive. In order to comply with these values, further secondary denitrification measures are then necessary in addition to the primary measures.
We endeavor to comply with the limit values using primary measures such as fuel processing and optimization of burner systems including air grading at various levels.
These primary measures already deliver minimized NOx emissions, so that the cost of secondary measures to comply with the tightened limit values can be minimized.
If necessary, we implement intelligent urea injection into the flue gas (SNCR) as a secondary measure.
